MY STORYKasondra McConnell is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur deeply entrenched in the wellness, media, and real estate space. Embarking on her entrepreneurial journey in 2011 following her graduation from the University of Georgia, she opted to forgo law school instead embrassing her innate creativity and passion for innovation.
KDM Real Estate is Kasondra's Atlanta-based real estate firm focused on residential and commercial transactions. Copia Management is her boutique property management company specializing in small portfolio holders, commercial properties, and multi-family assets. Bull Developers, which she co-founded, focuses on residential renovation and development across the Atlanta market.
Paradise + Vibe, which she co-founded in 2020, is a global wellness company producing curated retreats, events, and media initiatives across 12+ countries for a community of 300+ alumni. It is where Kasondra's instinct for intentional experience design found its fullest expression before Cercle.
Kasondra McConnell is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur, experience designer, and creative strategist who has spent over fifteen years building companies at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce.
Her first venture was Huria, an online and brick-and-mortar women's designer consignment boutique and event space in the heart of Atlanta's art district. What began as a retail concept evolved into one of Atlanta's most sought-after cultural destinations, hosting artist appearances, art exhibitions, brand activations, and a recurring monthly art walk that anchored the creative community around it. Huria was where Kasondra learned that the most powerful thing a brand can do is make people feel like they belong somewhere.
That instinct has shaped every venture since.
In 2026 she launched Cercle, a boutique experiential agency producing bespoke VIC experiences, influencer retreats, and brand trips and activations for fashion, beauty, hospitality, wine, and music brands. Conceived, curated, executed.
CURATED is a method built around one idea: a beautiful life is a curated one. Part virtual series, part lifestyle platform, part personal philosophy, CURATED guides people through five seasons of intentional design covering how they present, connect, live, move, and work. It is the culmination of everything Kasondra has learned building businesses, spaces, and experiences that make people feel something.
